Services and Prices

Fractional IT Department / Desktop Support / Analyst and Admin Support

It’s like having your own IT department without the high costs.

Monthly Helpdesk

  • Economy: $200/month & hourly rate reduced to $50/hour from the usual $125​​

  • Up to 5 hours / month - $625. 

  • Up to 8 hours / month  - $825. 

  • Up to 12 hours / month $1200.

  • 12-25 hours / month $2,000 

  • Up to 40 hours / month - $3125. Best value

**Travel expenses for onsite, in-person not included

***Support includes basic laptop support, cell phone support, email management, admin services, (PowerPoint updates, Spreadsheet updates, etc),  phone system maintenance, and other agreed upon terms to fit your business needs.  Hardware costs for repairs at market rates.

Time and Material Rate for over time / Out of Contract rate

$125/hour business day.   $200/hour nights / weekends

Virtual and In-Person Meeting support

MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, and On Site

We ensure that your important meetings go smoothly so you can be confident about including audio and video to wow your clients.

  • Virtual support, including meeting configuration - $125/hour

  • In-person support to ensure your equipment and presentation works perfectly and smoothly - $250/hour

Website setup

Basic business website - $900 plus monthly cost for hosting

​Monthly fee paid to the domain / web host*:

  • “Light” website $20/month

  • “Core” website $32/month

  • “Business” website $50/month (recommended)

  • “Business Elite” website $200/month

*does not include website updates.

Business email setup

We recommend Microsoft365 so your data can be synced through Outlook and MS Teams

The initial account set up is $700 for up to 5 users. 

Configuration fee for up to 5 laptops and cell phones is $300.  *Fee waived with a 1-year monthly helpdesk agreement.

MS 365 plans are between $10.00 - $30.00/ month per user license.   We will work with you to determine which plan best meets your needs.

$25 – $45 per user/month*

  • Essentials ($25 per user/month): This plan is particularly well-suited for small businesses. It offers essential features that support basic communication needs without overwhelming users with complexity. (recommended for most small businesses)

  • Premier ($30 per user/month): This plan is a good option for medium-sized businesses needing advanced communication features beyond the Essentials plan but not as extensive as the Elite plan. It offers a balanced mix of essential and advanced tools.

  • Elite ($45 per user/month): It’s ideal for large enterprises with complex communication needs, offering advanced collaboration tools and robust integrations suited for high call volumes and multi-location businesses.

*Consultation and initial Setup $500, Installation -TBD  for up to 5 users.  Maintenance included with Monthly Helpdesk agreement.  Time & Material (maintenance and repair with no monthly agreement) $125/hour
